Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team at Fox Creek Liquor Store as a Sales Clerk. As a Sales Clerk, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and assisting with sales and inventory management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Service
    • Provide excellent customer service to all customers, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
    • Greet customers and discuss their needs, making recommendations on products and services.
  • Sales and Inventory Management
    • Operate a cash register and process transactions accurately and efficiently.
    • Assist with receiving and stocking merchandise, maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
    • Maintain accurate sales records and inventory levels.
  • Store Operations
    • Assist with visual merchandising and display of products.
    • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve sales and customer service skills.

Requirements

  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • Experience an asset.

Working Conditions

  • Work Term: Permanent.
  • Work Language: English.
