The Role

The Associate role is a key part of our team, working closely with Investment Advisors to deliver high-quality service to our clients. This includes providing ongoing support, account administration, and wealth management services. If you're a detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills, this could be the perfect fit for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide world-class client service, ensuring clients are satisfied with our service levels
  • Partner with Investment Advisors to support and manage client service plans
  • Execute account openings, setup, and onboarding processes
  • Support account administration and reporting for clients
  • Develop and cross-train service knowledge to ensure exceptional client experiences

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience as an Associate
  • Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and Conduct and Practices Handbook Course (CPH)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Ability to manage confidential information
