Job Description

The Associate role is a key position in our wealth management team, responsible for providing world-class client service and support to our clients and Investment Advisors. As an Associate, you will work closely with our team to deliver high-quality service, manage client relationships, and contribute to the growth and success of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional client service and support to our clients and Investment Advisors
  • Manage client relationships and communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Contribute to the growth and success of our business through proactive and creative solutions
  • Work collaboratively with our team to achieve business objectives and deliver high-quality results
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of our products and services to provide expert advice to clients
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in a related field, preferably in wealth management
  • Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and Conduct and Practices Handbook Course (CPH) certifications
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
