Key Responsibilities:


• Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives for IT tools and processes across all Bombardier sites.


• Design and execute communication, change management, and risk mitigation plans based on a thorough understanding of site-specific requirements.


• Establish metrics and control systems to facilitate sustaining initiatives, decision-making, and action.


• Plan and lead workshops, map processes, create training materials, and support sessions to ensure effective knowledge transfer.


• Act as a coach to management and stakeholders to promote the adoption and maintenance of best practices.


• Coordinate issue ownership and follow-up with stakeholders to ensure timely resolution.


• Lead weekly meetings to present progress and performance to management.

Requirements:


• Hold a degree and possess at least eight (8) years of experience in engineering, operations management, or a relevant field.


• Possess a background in project management, particularly in the deployment of IT tools.


• Have experience in the aviation industry or a highly regulated field (an asset).


• Demonstrate the ability to simplify and synthesize complex information for various audiences, both in writing and verbally.


• Work autonomously and rigorously, both remotely and in the office.


• Manage multiple priorities under pressure and maintain a high level of productivity.


• Develop partnerships and build business relationships.


• Be dynamic, open-minded, and possess a sense of initiative.


• Be proficient in Microsoft Office 365.


• Have good skills in developing dashboards (e.g., Microsoft Power BI).


• Speak English and French (Spanish an asset).

• You are a motivated and results-driven professional with a passion for quality and process improvement.


• You are an effective communicator and team player with excellent interpersonal skills.


• You are proficient in Microsoft Office 365 and have experience with dashboard development.


• You are fluent in English and French (Spanish an asset).
