Key Responsibilities
  • Task Organization: Plan and organize tasks to accomplish work efficiently, ensuring timely completion of tasks and meeting productivity goals.
  • Operational Logistics: Coordinate operational logistics, including inventory management, to ensure seamless operations and minimize disruptions.
  • Interdepartmental Coordination: Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination of activities, resulting in improved productivity and efficiency.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit reports to management, providing insights and recommendations to improve operational performance and product quality.
  • Problem-Solving and Technical Advice: Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality, ensuring continuous improvement.

Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.

  • Hours: 40 hours per week.
