Job Title: Server

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Server to join our Food and Beverage team at Richmond Country Club. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our members and guests, ensuring a memorable dining experience in our on-site restaurant and patio environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide consistent and courteous customer service to members and guests
  • Assist colleagues throughout service, including opening and closing duties
  • Serve and clear food and beverage, maintaining consistency in service standards
  • Understand event orders and familiarize yourself with event set up and service
  • Ensure standards for cleanliness and presentation are met for all set ups and food and beverage service
Requirements:
  • 2-3 years of serving experience
  • Knowledge of proper service etiquette, with club experience an asset
  • Preferrable environment: high volume restaurant or F&B establishment
  • Banquets and events experience preferred
  • Flexibility to meet work shift demands, including holidays and weekends
