We are seeking a highly skilled Bookkeeping Specialist to join our team at A-One Logistics. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
Key Responsibilities- Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and detailed financial records, including ledgers, journals, and other accounting documents.
- Financial Statement Preparation: Prepare and present financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Account Reconciliation: Reconcile accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records.
- Tax Preparation: Prepare and submit tax returns, including corporate and personal tax returns.
- Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Work Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in bookkeeping or a related field.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
- Accurate: Attention to detail and accuracy in financial record keeping.
- Client Focus: Ability to provide excellent customer service and support.
- Dependability: Reliable and dependable in meeting deadlines and commitments.
- Efficient Interpersonal Skills: Ability to work effectively with colleagues and management.
