Department Operations Manager

At Sport Chek, we're looking for a talented Department Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our department, you'll play a crucial role in building and managing a daily game and sales plan that drives business growth and exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Create development plans for full-time staff, providing support and coaching to improve performance gaps.
- Drive sales and business growth through a customer-focused mindset and proven track record of success.
- Represent our brand and culture as a ambassador, taking pride in our values and mission.
- Collaborate with colleagues across the Canadian Tire family of companies to best serve customers across all banners.
