Department Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Department Coordinator. As a key member of our department, you will be responsible for building and managing a daily game and sales plan that drives business growth and exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Create development plans for full-time staff, providing support and coaching to improve performance gaps.
- Drive sales by leveraging your business savvy and customer-focused mindset.
- Act as a culture and brand ambassador, embodying our values and promoting our brand.
- Contribute to business growth through strategic planning and execution.
- Demonstrate exceptional customer service skills and a proven track record of success.
