Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at The P&G Coffee Group Inc.

Job Summary:

The Food Service Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that high-quality food and exceptional customer service are consistently delivered.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish Work Schedules: Develop and implement efficient work schedules to meet the needs of our customers and staff.
  • Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Lead and motivate a team of food service staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent service delivery.
  • Train Staff: Provide comprehensive training to staff on job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet our high standards, addressing any issues promptly and effectively.
  • Customer Service: Respond to customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports to management.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
  • Language: English.
Work Environment:

This is a fast-paced environment that requires a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. The successful candidate must be physically able to stand for extended periods and work in a physically demanding environment.
