Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare comprehensive reports and case histories for clients.
  • Assess and appraise the needs of clients to provide tailored support.
  • Facilitate life skills workshops to empower clients.
  • Manage and resolve conflict situations effectively.
  • Collaborate with social services agencies and healthcare providers.
  • Assist in the evaluation of treatment programs.
  • Accompany clients to various appointments and social events.
Required Certifications and Training:
