Hotel Operations Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel General Manager to join our team at Urgo Hotels Canada ULC.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership: Provide strategic leadership and direction to the hotel team, ensuring excellent customer service and high-quality operations.
- Financial Management: Oversee the hotel's financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
- Staff Management: Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Customer Service: Foster a culture of exceptional customer service, ensuring guest satisfaction and loyalty.
- Operational Excellence: Maintain high standards of hotel operations, including housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Experience: 5 years or more of experience in hotel management, with a proven track record of success.
- Skills: Strong leadership, financial management, and customer service skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
