Skyscraper Construction Finisher

We are seeking a skilled Cement Finishing Specialist to join our team at Skyscraper Construction and Cement Finishing Ltd. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality finishes on our concrete structures.
Key Responsibilities- Concrete Finishing: Direct placement of concrete into forms or onto surfaces according to grade, and impart desired finish to concrete surfaces using hand and power tools.
- Formwork and Steel Reinforcement: Check formwork, granular base, and steel reinforcement materials to ensure they meet our quality standards.
- Surface Preparation: Fill hollows and remove spots on freshly poured cement, and level top surface concrete according to grade and depth specification.
- Equipment Operation: Operate power vibrators to compact concrete and install anchor bolts, steel plates, door sills, and other fixtures.
- Surface Restoration: Waterproof, damp proof, and restore surfaces, and repair, resurface, and replace worn or damaged sections of concrete structures.
- Documentation and Communication: Read and interpret blueprints, maps, drawings, and specifications, and communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in the field of cement finishing or a related field.
- Physical Demands: Physically demanding work environment, requiring handling of heavy loads, bending, crouching, kneeling, and standing for extended periods.
- Personal Qualities: Accurate, client-focused, excellent oral communication, flexibility, and a team player attitude.
