Scene Ideas Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Warehouse Labour/Event Staging Specialist. This is an on-call position that requires flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced live events environment.
Key Responsibilities- Assist with general duties in the warehouse and shop, including loading and unloading trucks, securing loads, and protecting fragile items for shipping.
- Support event crews at job sites as needed, ensuring timely and efficient setup and teardown of events.
- Complete accurate documentation of all work performed, adhering to safety standards and procedural guidelines.
- Contribute to a positive and professional team-oriented atmosphere, fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Certification to drive a forklift.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to establish priorities and work under pressure.
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing workloads.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to liaise well with others and work within a team.
- Problem-solving and attention to detail.
- Ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
