Overview of the Position

In the role of Senior Director, AI Enablement, your responsibilities will include: Integrating ethical AI practices, standards, and frameworks into various program initiatives Cultivating an environment that emphasizes ethical AI and governance Overseeing AI models and applications with a focus on ethical considerations Leading a high-achieving team of ethical AI specialists and partners Streamlining AI risk management procedures and formulating mitigation strategies Acting as a connector between business units for ethical AI practices Designing and executing data and AI integrations to fulfill program goals

Ideal Candidate Profile
You are well-suited for the Senior Director, AI Enablement position if you possess:

A Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, AI, or a related discipline Significant experience in AI strategy, development, and governance A proven history of spearheading AI initiatives and nurturing an ethical AI culture A robust understanding of AI risk management and mitigation techniques Exceptional leadership and communication abilities Familiarity with prevalent cloud and reporting tools The capability to influence stakeholders for enterprise-wide adoption and change management
