Job Summary

HARI KAUSH DEVELOPMENTS LTD. is seeking a skilled Construction Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day activities of our construction projects. The successful candidate will have a strong background in construction management and be able to effectively coordinate and schedule activities to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities
  • Estimating and Budgeting: Estimate costs and materials for construction projects, ensuring accurate and timely completion.
  • Supervision and Training: Oversee apprenticeship training and supervise workers and projects to ensure high-quality results.
  • Bidding and Procurement: Prepare bids and coordinate procurement activities to secure necessary materials and services.
  • Staffing and Recruitment: Recruit and hire workers, and carry out related staffing actions to ensure a skilled and efficient workforce.
  • Coordination and Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule activities to ensure smooth project execution and timely completion.
  • Personnel Management: Recommend personnel actions and supervise workers to ensure a positive and productive work environment.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Experience is an asset.
  • Language: Work Language: English.
  • Work Term: Permanent.
  • Hours: 30 hours per week.
