As a Server Support Associate at Oliver & Bonacini Restaurants, you will play a vital role in ensuring the seamless delivery of exceptional dining experiences to our guests. Under the guidance of the Front of House Management Team, you will provide support to our Servers by maintaining a high level of floor awareness and ensuring the cleanliness and completeness of all tables.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Practice a high level of floor awareness and clear/clean as required to maintain a clean and organized dining environment.
  • Ensure that condiments are pre-portioned and the fridges are stocked with essential items to meet the needs of our guests.
  • Assist with food running, ensuring that plates arrive at the correct table and that our guests receive their orders in a timely manner.
  • Monitor the cleanliness of your section and ensure that all materials and areas are clean and free from clutter.
  • Empty garbage, change linen bags, and dispose of garbage and recycling in a responsible and efficient manner.
  • Communicate effectively with all Servers to ensure that any comments or information provided by guests are addressed promptly and professionally.
  • Perform other duties as assigned or required to support the success of our team.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar restaurant environment is an asset.
  • High attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to take direction and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Ability to maintain a level of professional urgency and momentum while working in a dynamic environment.
