Your Role as a Manager of Cashier Service Area:

  • Oversee and coordinate departmental functions to achieve sales and profitability targets;
  • Ensure the store is well-prepared for customer visits regarding product availability, labeling, and proper rotation of perishable items;
  • Organize team activities based on operational demands;
  • Guarantee that the team delivers outstanding customer service;
  • Manage procurement, inventory control, pricing, and merchandising strategies;
  • Implement policies and procedures while adhering to hygiene regulations and workplace safety standards;
  • Ensure readiness to meet customer expectations;
  • Train, supervise, assess, and inspire team members;
  • Oversee loss prevention measures;
  • Adhere to departmental budgetary constraints;
  • Perform other related duties as required.

Qualifications:

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in retail;
  • 3 years of experience in the food sector.

Essential Skills:

  • Management experience is a plus;
  • Customer-focused mindset;
  • Strong communication abilities;
  • Team-oriented.
