CIMA Canada Inc is seeking an Infrastructure Project Leader to enhance our expanding Infrastructure division.
The ideal candidate will oversee municipal projects, focusing on the design of municipal roadways, stormwater management systems, sanitary systems, water distribution networks, and drainage solutions, with a strong proficiency in Civil3D or Bentley InRoads.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the conceptual and detailed design phases of municipal civil engineering projects, including both rural and urban infrastructure.
- Utilize CAD/Civil 3D or Bentley InRoads expertise for municipal infrastructure and road construction projects from initial design through to completion.
- Oversee the creation of detailed design drawings, contract documents, and specifications for project bidding.
- Direct the preparation of technical design reports and studies.
- Collaborate with the Director of Municipal Engineering for project guidance.
- Manage project financials effectively.
- Provide mentorship and direction to Junior Engineers and Technologists.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 9 years of relevant experience in municipal design projects.
- A Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
- A valid license from Professional Engineers Ontario (PEO).
- Proficient in Civil3D or Bentley InRoads.
- Strong command of various software applications, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously to ensure timely and budget-compliant delivery.
