We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Product Sales Representative to join our team at The 401 Group of Companies. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, building strong relationships with customers, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities- Work with customers to understand their needs and preferences, and provide personalized solutions to meet their requirements.
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our product offerings, including features, benefits, and competitive advantages.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers, including regular communication, follow-up, and follow-through on sales and service issues.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to ensure we are always ahead of the curve.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
- Valid G Driver's License and acceptable driving record.
- OMVIC license is an asset.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
- Technically savvy, with a strong understanding of sales and marketing principles.
- Friendly attitude and positive team participation skills.
