Job Summary

GOLDWOOD INDUSTRIES LTD is seeking a skilled Welder to join our team. As a Welder, you will be responsible for interpreting welding process specifications, operating manual or semi-automatic welding equipment, and ensuring that welds meet standards and/or specifications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Interpret welding process specifications and ensure that welds meet standards and/or specifications
  • Operate manual or semi-automatic welding equipment, including manual or semi-automatic flame-cutting equipment
  • Read and interpret welding blueprints, drawings specifications, manuals, and processes
  • Examine welds and ensure that they meet standards and/or specifications
  • Maintain and perform minor repairs on welding, brazing, and soldering equipment
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience
