Euro Asia Transload Inc is seeking a skilled Welder to join our team. As a Welder, you will be responsible for interpreting welding process specifications, operating manual or semi-automatic welding equipment, and ensuring that welds meet standards and/or specifications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Interpret welding process specifications and ensure compliance with industry standards
  • Operate manual or semi-automatic welding equipment, including MIG, TIG, and ARC welders
  • Examine welds and ensure that they meet quality and safety standards
  • Operate previously set-up welding machines to fabricate or repair metal parts and products
  • Operate previously set-up brazing or soldering machines to bond metal or to fill holes, indentations, and seams of metal
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in welding or a related field
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle repetitive tasks
  • Physical ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs) and work in a physically demanding environment
  • Efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, and ability to work as part of a team
  • Dental and health care plans, as well as a Registered Retirement Savings Plan (RRSP)
  • 40 hours per week, with overtime required as needed
