About the Role:

This is a part-time opportunity that involves working with store management to increase retail sales and execute client-driven merchandising. As a Retail Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales and brand awareness for our client's products at major retail locations. You will provide exceptional customer service by engaging and educating customers on their next purchase of leading brands in retail.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain shelves at major retailers and ensure Planogram compliance and correct pricing
  • Physical Requirements: standing/being on feet for up to 8h and being able to lift up to 50+lbs
  • Ensure product freshness and process returns of all unsaleable product
  • Increase sales volume by selling and building displays
  • Drive speed to market and distribution on new product releases
  • Suggest orders and selling programs to retailers
  • Prepare accurate and timely reports, recaps, timesheets, expense reports, etc.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or GED or equivalent experience
  • Bachelor's Degree or 2 years of experience in retail, client, or food broker preferred
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines with minimal supervision
  • Basic computer skills; Word, Excel, and Internet usage
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
