About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Assistant Manager to join our team at ONroute. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our restaurants.

Key Responsibilities
  • Service Development
    • Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to meet customer needs.
  • Financial Management
    • Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms to ensure accurate financial records.
  • Performance Management
    • Conduct performance reviews to evaluate team members and provide feedback for growth and development.
  • Inventory Management
    • Organize and maintain inventory to ensure efficient use of resources and minimize waste.
  • Health and Safety
    • Ensure health and safety regulations are followed to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Marketing and Customer Service
    • Participate in marketing plans and implementation to promote our brand and services.
    • Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner.
    • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Operations Management
    • Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure efficient use of resources and meet customer needs.
  • Supervision
    • Supervise a team of 16-20 people to ensure effective communication and teamwork.
  • Computer and Technology
    • Utilize MS Access, MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word to manage data and communicate with team members.
    • Operate a point of sale system to process transactions and manage inventory.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities
    • Work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and repetitive tasks.
    • Stand for extended periods and work under pressure to meet customer needs.
    • Overtime may be required to ensure smooth operations.
