**About the Role**

Lifemark Seniors Wellness is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Physiotherapist to join our team in Pickering, ON.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and develop personalized treatment plans for clients.
  • Monitor and evaluate client progress, making adjustments to treatment plans as needed.
  • Administer and collect outcome measurement information to inform treatment decisions.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes.
  • Communicate effectively with referral sources, stakeholders, and colleagues to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Engage in ongoing learning and professional development to stay current with best practices and industry advancements.

**Requirements:**

  • Registration with the Provincial College of Physiotherapists.
  • Graduate of a recognized university Physiotherapy degree program.
  • ADP authorization is an asset.
  • Valid Vulnerable Sector screening check (within 6 months).
  • Proof of Tuberculin (2-Step Mantoux Test) clearance.
