Position Overview
- Title: Rehabilitation Specialist
- Department: University Health Network
- Work Model: On-Site
- Compensation: Based on experience
- Employment Type: Permanent Full-time
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide treatment for clients with musculoskeletal issues and persistent pain
- Support the rehabilitation and reintegration of injured employees
- Engage with various stakeholders to ensure the best outcomes for clients
- Carry out interdisciplinary and interdepartmental tasks as required
Required Qualifications:
- Licensed Rehabilitation Specialist
- New graduates are encouraged to apply
- Preferred: At least two years of relevant experience
- Experience in managing work-related injuries
- Strong skills in Functional Abilities Evaluation and Return to Work planning
- WorkWell certification is a plus
- Proficient in report documentation
