About N. Naicker & Associates Inc.

We are a reputable accounting firm seeking a skilled Accounting Professional to join our team. As a Bookkeeper, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the financial records and ensuring the accuracy of our clients' financial statements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
  • Accounting and Bookkeeping: Prepare and reconcile financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Payroll and Benefits: Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll, as well as maintain accurate records of employee benefits.
  • Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and provide recommendations to management.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting standards and regulations, including tax laws and financial reporting requirements.
Requirements:
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping.
  • Skills: Proficiency in accounting software, including QuickBooks and Sage Accounting Software. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
