Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Network Support Specialist to join our team at YUVRAJX INC. as a key member of our IT department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Network Administration: Maintain, troubleshoot, and administer the use of local area networks (LANs), wide area networks (WANs), mainframe networks, and computer workstations and peripheral equipment.
  • Hardware and Software Evaluation: Evaluate and install computer hardware, networking software, and operating system software to ensure optimal network performance.
  • User Support: Provide problem-solving services to network users, ensuring prompt and effective resolution of technical issues.
  • Security and Compliance: Implement data, software, and hardware security procedures to protect the network and its users from potential threats.
  • Backup and Recovery: Perform routine network start-up and close-down procedures, maintain control records, and perform data backups and disaster recovery operations to ensure business continuity.
  • Network Configuration: Set up local area networks and connections to the Internet, ensuring seamless communication and data exchange.
  • Web Development: Modify Web pages, applets, and scripts to enhance user experience and improve website functionality.
  • Search Engine Optimization: Research and apply meta-data to Websites and register Websites with search engines to improve online visibility.
  • Customer Support: Respond to requests for help and information from Website visitors and Website designers, providing timely and effective support.
  • Technical Leadership: Supervise technical staff, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure the team's success.
Work Environment
  • Fast-Paced Environment: Work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and repetitive tasks.
  • Attention to Detail: Demonstrate strong attention to detail and analytical skills to ensure accurate and efficient work.
  • Work Term: Work on a permanent basis, with a standard workweek of 35 hours.
  • Work Language: Work in English, with opportunities to work with diverse teams and clients.
