Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Management Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing translation projects from initiation to completion, ensuring client satisfaction and project success.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Plan and execute all phases of project management for translation projects, including scope definition, resource allocation, scheduling, and budget management.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional communication and support throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Conduct thorough research to understand client requirements and language service requests.
  • Collaborate effectively with a team of translators, revisers, terminologists, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Evaluate project profitability and identify opportunities for optimization.
  • Represent Versacom professionally in all interactions with clients.
  • Adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum three years of proven project management experience, preferably in the translation industry.
  • Fluency in French and English is essential.
  • Proficiency in translation tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
