Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning and Execution
    • Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and milestone tracking.
    • Identify, document, and manage stakeholder expectations to ensure alignment and satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Stakeholder Management
    • Facilitate regular communication with stakeholders, providing updates and addressing concerns as they arise.
    • Identify potential project risks and develop risk mitigation strategies.
  • Project Monitoring and Control
    • Continuously monitor and manage risks, adjusting plans as necessary to ensure project success.
    • Provide regular progress reports to stakeholders and senior management.
  • Business Analysis and Requirements Gathering
    • Work closely with Business Analysts (BAs), System Analysts (SAs), and the Program Manager to plan and execute requirement gathering sessions.
  • Project Budgeting and Cost Management
    • Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring costs remain within the approved scope.
  • Performance Metrics and Reporting
    • Understand and drive project performance towards achieving and exceeding established Key Performance Indicators.
    • Regularly report on project performance and make recommendations for improvements.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, with a focus on strategic initiatives and business transformation.
  • Skills and Competencies
    • Strong understanding of project management methodologies, including PMP.
    • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
