Job Title: Regional Administrative Manager

International Fastline Forwarding Inc is seeking a highly skilled Regional Administrative Manager to join our team.

Job Summary

We are looking for a seasoned professional to oversee the administrative functions of our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of administrative staff, ensuring the smooth operation of our administrative services, and providing strategic guidance to senior management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Direct and advise staff engaged in providing records management, security, finance, purchasing, human resources, or other administrative services.
  • Direct and control corporate governance and regulatory compliance procedures within established frameworks.
  • Hire and train or arrange for training of staff.
  • Prepare reports and briefs for management committees evaluating administrative services.
  • Respond to employee questions and complaints.
  • Organize conferences and meetings.
  • Order supplies and equipment.
  • Negotiate prices, discounts, credit terms, and transportation arrangements with suppliers.
Requirements
  • Computer and technology knowledge, including MS Office.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail.
  • Team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
Work Environment

This is a fast-paced environment that requires the ability to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail. The successful candidate will be required to work on site and must be able to travel as required.
