  • Foster strong professional relationships with inspectors, fellow Team Leads, and host support staff to ensure seamless collaboration and communication.
  • Foster a safe and inclusive work environment that promotes diversity, equity, and inclusion.
  • Actively and willingly aid inspectors, Team Leaders, and other stakeholders to ensure the success of our operations.
  • Seek feedback from inspectors on inspection methods and implement improvements to enhance quality and efficiency.
  • Provide site orientation to new inspectors, ensuring they are familiar with our policies, procedures, and safety protocols.
  • Maintain composure under pressure and remain professional in all interactions, setting a positive example for inspectors and fellow Team Leads.
  • Support additional tasks as requested by the Customer or Project Leader, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
  • Identify Inspectors with potential for future growth opportunities and provide guidance and support to help them develop their skills and careers.
