Levio is seeking a highly skilled Scrum Master to join our team. As a Scrum Master, you will play a crucial role in facilitating our Agile teams and ensuring they are working efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies to ensure team alignment and progress.
  • Remove barriers and resolve impediments to ensure the team can work effectively.
  • Collaborate with Agile Coaches to identify and deliver training needs to support Agile practices.
  • Coach team members to drive Agile maturity and provide constructive feedback.
  • Maintain and update squad process metrics and artifacts to ensure accurate and transparent communications to Product Owners and other stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Strong knowledge of Agile and Scrum frameworks, with experience in facilitating Agile teams.
  • Familiarity with other Agile frameworks, such as Kanban, XP, and Lean.
  • Proficiency in JIRA and other project management tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with global teams and senior managers.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality business solutions.
