Release Delivery Manager

Diligenta is seeking a highly skilled Release Delivery Manager to join our Transformation department. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in driving the successful delivery of a Release within one of our flagship transformation programmes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Creating and implementing robust Release planning reporting and control processes
  • Integrating work-streams and managing cross-business interdependencies to ensure coordinated delivery
  • Leading, managing, and motivating large, diverse teams and other resources
  • Identifying financial and operational risks affecting the Release and the business, and implementing appropriate measures to effectively manage and control
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in managing and delivering major projects or Releases, preferably within the Life and Pensions industry
  • Financial services experience is essential
  • Previous experience with policy book/data migration is essential
  • Ability to manage stakeholder relationships at the highest level (internal and external)
  • Understanding of leading-edge programme management, methodology, and best practice
