Release Delivery Manager

Diligenta is committed to delivering exceptional life and pensions administration services. As a Release Delivery Manager, you will play a critical role in driving the successful delivery of a Release within our flagship transformation programmes.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement robust Release planning and reporting processes
- Integrate work-streams and manage cross-business interdependencies to ensure coordinated delivery
- Lead, manage, and motivate large, diverse teams and other resources
- Identify and mitigate financial and operational risks affecting the Release and the business
- Proven experience in managing and delivering major projects or Releases, preferably within the Life and Pensions industry
- Financial services experience is essential
- Previous experience with policy book/data migration is essential
- Ability to manage stakeholder relationships at the highest level (internal and external)
- Understanding of leading-edge programme management, methodology, and best practice
