Aon is seeking a highly skilled Solutions Analyst to join our team within pension administration. As a Solutions Analyst, you will work closely with clients and internal teams to identify solutions that meet clients' needs and participate in their implementation.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct a gap analysis between client requirements and available solutions.
- Understand administrative procedures and processes, adjust them and even challenge them, collaborating with the client.
- Develop and update relevant documents on requirements for required features, data, self-service web functionalities, and reports.
- Provide subject matter expertise to clients and internal teams in the area of pension plans, pension administration, operation processes and administration platforms.
- Review test plans to ensure all requirements are covered and test plans are thorough.
- Ensure proactive follow-up of requirements documentation, manage client and internal expectations until final approval, in consideration of the project plan.
