Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Research Assistant IV to join our team at the Faculty of Health Studies. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting high-level research, managing data, and presenting findings to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive research and literature searches to inform project development.
  • Collect and analyze research data, identifying trends and patterns to inform project outcomes.
  • Develop and implement research methodologies to ensure high-quality data collection and analysis.
  • Present project status and findings to stakeholders, including academic and community partners.
  • Organize and host seminars, focus groups, and other events to engage with stakeholders and promote research findings.
  • Support funding procurement and staffing supervision to ensure project success.

Qualifications and Experience:
  • Master's degree in a related field or enrollment in a Master's program.
  • Completed research methodology courses at a graduate level.
  • Extensive research experience and sound judgment, with a focus on community-based research.
  • Excellent communication and written skills, with the ability to communicate complex research findings to diverse audiences.
  • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and self-motivation.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Experience with project management and supervising staff.
  • Ability to uphold high standards of confidentiality and research integrity.
