Job Summary

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and organized Facilities Maintenance Specialist to join our team at Up Staff. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the office environment is clean, hygienic, and conducive to productivity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform a variety of cleaning and maintenance tasks to maintain the office's overall appearance and functionality.
  • Clean and disinfect all surface areas, including bathrooms, common kitchens, desks, and conference rooms.
  • Replace toilet paper and hand towels.
  • Dust all surfaces.
  • Mop and polish floors.
  • Pick up trash and empty trash bins.
  • Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs.
  • Stock and maintain supply rooms.
  • Vacuum all carpeted areas.
  • Perform other tasks as needed.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in office cleaning or a related role is preferred.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a high standard of cleanliness.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Strong communication skills to report issues and coordinate with the Operations team.
  • Ability to lift and carry cleaning equipment and supplies.
  • Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.
Work Schedule

Flexible shifts, including early morning or evening hours.
