About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and charismatic Sales Professional to join our team as a Retail Sales Expert. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for engaging customers with our innovative products and delivering a premium experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Champion: Develop in-depth knowledge of our products and educate customers on their features and benefits.
  • Customer Engagement: Build strong relationships with customers, understand their needs, and provide personalized solutions.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to achieve sales goals, drive store traffic, and increase brand awareness.
  • Marketing and Promotion: Utilize your network and creativity to reach new customers and promote our products.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, product knowledge, and sales techniques to continuously improve performance.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 1-2 years of sales and retail experience with a proven track record of exceeding customer service and sales goals.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
