Product Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Product Manager to lead the development of our Redlen Photon Counting CT Detector products. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for defining product specifications, revenue forecasts, and business plans, as well as feature rollout and product launch plans.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop a detailed understanding of PCCT OEM customer needs, PCCT end-use applications, and key value proposition of Redlen direct conversion semiconductor PCCT technology compared to incumbent charge integration technology and/or other competitive technologies.
- Responsible for Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) process with achievement gates required for product launch, maintenance, upgrades, and end of life.
- Works in close collaboration with Redlen Business Development team to build a detailed understanding of each major PCCT customer product strategy, product competitive positioning, projected demand, key feature(s) and price point requirements.
- Works in close collaboration with Finance and Production teams to understand product cost drivers, technology, automation, and supply chain investment strategy to achieve target cost reduction roadmap to meet or exceed product revenue, profitability, and penetration projections.
- Leads the development of all product collateral, and product training materials necessary to support business development team, and product launch plan.
- Strong technical background in system-level product development or design in medical imaging systems or comparable vertical market in imaging sensors, semiconductor detectors, device physics, and solid-state physics.
- Minimum of 10 years' technical experience and 5 years' product management experience.
- Strong analytical and business management skills.
- Ability to motivate and coordinate highly technical individuals across organizational boundaries.
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to meticulously review and analyze data, documents, and processes to ensure accuracy.
- Excellent time and priority management skills, ability to handle multiple simultaneous programs.
- Bachelors, Masters, or PhD in Electrical engineering, engineering-physics, physics, or equivalent; MBA will be an asset.
