Product Manager

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Product Manager to join our Financial Services product team at Wave HQ.
The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in financial services, preferably with a strong background in payments acquiring and acceptance and payments facilitation space.
The role requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in the fintech industry and at least 7 years of total product management experience.
The candidate should possess a proven track record of successfully leading product teams, managing the entire product lifecycle, and delivering impactful products that meet both customer needs and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Contribute to the development of product strategy
- Translate customer and market insights into actionable product plans
- Ensure the successful execution of product plans
- Lead cross-functional teams
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders in Engineering, Design, CX, Finance, Risk & Underwriting and Compliance
- Navigate complex challenges to bring innovative products to market
- 7+ years of working experience in product management
- Minimum of 5 years in the fintech industry
- In-depth knowledge of financial products onboarding experiences including KYC, KYB and risk and fraud mitigation practices
- Experience leading product teams and taking new products from ideation to launch to scale in a Fintech environment
- Proven ability to prioritize and make hard decisions in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
