Food Service Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Aramark. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring the quality and safety of food, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
Key Responsibilities- Direct daily activities and ensure the smooth operation of food service operations.
- Maintain food production that meets quality and safety standards, adhering to policies, procedures, and department requirements.
- Ensure food items are stored in a safe, organized, and hazard-free environment.
- Maintain accurate inventory and ensure that all food items are served per menu specifications.
- Supervise and evaluate employees, providing guidance and support to promote employee growth and development.
- Maintain a safe and hazard-free working environment, adhering to health and safety codes and regulations.
- Train and mentor other food service workers to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
- Ensure all food safety and temperature logs are completed accurately and take corrective action as necessary.
- Perform other duties as requested by the Director or Manager, utilizing your skills and experience to support the team.
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in food service.
- Current SmartServe certification.
- Ability to carry, push or pull up to 20kg.
- Consistent use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Available for flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and strong attention to detail.
