About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle EBS Process Analyst to join our team at Infosys Limited. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in driving process improvements and delivering high-quality solutions to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Interface with key stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop effective solutions
  • Apply technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle, including Requirements Elicitation, Application Architecture definition, and Design
  • Deliver high-quality code deliverables for a module and lead validation for all types of testing and support activities related to implementation, transition, and warranty
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and deliver business value
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Finance, Tax, Accounting, HR, and Operations/Customer Service and their interdependencies
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution
  • 4 years of Accounting/Finance experience in a multinational environment with at least 2 years of project management experience leading cross-functional project initiatives and process improvements
  • Solid understanding of PMI Methodology
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to resolve conflicts and drive change in a global organization
  • Good communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
