RoleWe're seeking a talented Product Designer to join our team in Montreal. As a Product Designer, you will play a key role in shaping, developing, and bringing to life all user-facing elements of Akür8 products.
You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our design solutions align with industry standards and best practices.
Responsibilities- Design user-centered solutions that meet business objectives and user needs.
- Work with cross-functional teams to create effective solutions for design problems.
- Inform your designs with qualitative and data-driven insights on user needs and pain points.
- Uphold a high-quality bar for design deliverables, ensuring they meet user needs and align with business objectives.
- Participate in design critiques and collaborate closely with Design team members to deliver high-quality design solutions.
- Contribute to the evolution of our design system, ensuring it adheres to industry best practices while embodying our brand's distinct identity.
- Communicate design decisions effectively to stakeholders and advocate for the value of design within the organization.
We're looking for a skilled Product Designer with 3+ years of experience in B2B/SaaS Product Design. You should have a strong portfolio showcasing your design work, with a focus on UX/UI design principles.
You should be able to tackle complex design challenges, have good communication skills, and be able to manage stakeholders effectively.
Aptitude for addressing intricate design challenges and steering the development of innovative solutions is a must.
Experience creating, using, and maintaining design systems is also required.
