Senior Product Designer

We're seeking a seasoned Senior Product Designer to join our team and help shape the future of financial services. As a key member of our design team, you'll play a crucial role in simplifying how individuals build wealth and achieve financial freedom.

About the Role

As a Senior Product Designer, you'll be responsible for:

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and develop innovative financial products and services
  • Conducting user research and analysis to inform design decisions
  • Developing and maintaining design systems and guidelines
  • Working closely with the product management team to prioritize and deliver high-impact projects
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation and growth
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • 5+ years of experience in product design, with a strong portfolio that showcases your skills and expertise
  • Deep understanding of design principles, human-centered design, and user experience
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Experience with design systems and guidelines, and the ability to develop and maintain them
