CLIENT OVERVIEW
A prestigious architecture and planning firm is seeking an experienced Architectural Project Manager with over a decade of expertise in managing intricate multi-unit residential high-rise projects. The ideal candidate will lead teams of technologists, interns, and junior architects, showcasing a strong portfolio in Revit design focused on mixed-use residential developments.

POSITION SUMMARY
The successful applicant will ideally hold OAA licensing or be nearing completion. A proven history as an Architectural Project Manager with a reputable firm on large-scale high-rise projects is essential. The candidate should have served as Project Lead on several significant projects, with strong endorsements from both Principals and colleagues mentored throughout their career. Responsibilities include overseeing projects from initial concept through to tender and construction phases, utilizing a collaborative leadership approach that promotes growth and accountability within the team.

QUALIFICATIONS
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
  • Master of Architecture, Bachelor of Architecture, or Architectural Technology Diploma from a recognized institution, along with strong Revit skills.
  • 10-15 years of professional experience in a multi-disciplinary architectural firm, with at least 4 years in a Project Lead or Architectural PM role.
  • Currently residing in Canada with over 7 years of experience navigating Canadian building codes; preference for candidates with a history of promotions within established firms.
  • A robust Revit portfolio showcasing multi-family, high-rise, mixed-use, or large commercial projects, reflecting design excellence.
  • Proficient in Revit with essential capabilities required.
  • Experience leading early concept design stages, providing detailed working drawings, mentorship, and managing building permits, SPAs, rezoning, and client reporting.
  • Familiarity with AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and MS Office.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to coach and influence outcomes among diverse stakeholders.
