Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Senior Architectural Project Developer and Estimator to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Cost Estimation: Calculate project costs, considering materials, labor, design, logistics, and installation.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Communicate complex fabrication solutions using 3D illustrations, descriptions, and diagrams.
  • Project Development: Shape project outcomes by creating robust, buildable approaches and selecting suitable materials and processes.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor junior team members, fostering their growth and development.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously refine project development and estimating processes to drive greater efficiency and accuracy.
  • Client Satisfaction: Stay involved post-award to ensure the client's vision is realized, and participate in post-project reviews.

Requirements:

  • Education: Relevant education in architecture, engineering, construction management, or a related field.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Rhino, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, and Excel.
  • Experience: Experience in design development for complex architectural projects.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent relationship-building abilities with clients, internal teams, and vendors.
