Job Title: Landscape Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Landscape Supervisor to join our team at Lawn 'N' Order. As a key member of our grounds maintenance team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our outdoor facilities, ensuring that our properties are well-maintained and visually appealing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of grounds maintenance staff, including landscapers, gardeners, and other support personnel.
  • Develop and implement effective maintenance schedules and plans to ensure that our properties are well-maintained and meet our high standards.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to identify areas for improvement and ensure that our properties are safe and secure.
  • Collaborate with other departments, including facilities management and operations, to ensure that our properties are well-maintained and meet our business needs.
  • Develop and manage budgets for grounds maintenance and other related expenses.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience in grounds maintenance or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in supervising and coordinating the work of staff.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred.
