Job Description

Job Title: Infrastructure Project Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Project Manager to lead our construction projects from conception to completion. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing large-scale infrastructure projects, with a strong focus on delivering projects on time, on budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, organize, and direct construction projects from the earliest stages in their life cycle.
  • Lead a team of construction professionals to ensure projects are delivered on time and on budget.
  • Develop and implement project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
  • Coordinate with engineering, estimating, and planning teams to ensure work complies with drawings, specifications, and schedule.
  • Monitor compliance with company and site safety programs and documents, and ensure corrective measures are implemented.
  • Take an active role in the hiring, training, and monitoring of field personnel.
  • Assist with preparation and facilitation of project meetings.
  • Assist project managers with resolution of outstanding claim items and with warranty.
  • Work in conjunction with the project manager, manage the project budget specifically as pertains to production on self-performed work.

Requirements:

  • Varying years of experience will be considered: 8+ years of construction experience and a minimum of 6 years in a supervisor capacity role.
  • Proficiency in structural concrete & steel, earthworks, roadworks, foundations, and deep installations.
  • Proven ability to manage project values $25M - 50M.
  • Proven ability to lead mid-sized to large teams.
  • Knows the impact of change on cost and schedule.
  • Look-ahead a year or more in planning work.
  • Knowledge of construction engineering and design.
  • Knowledge of standard construction software and management processes.
