We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Planner to join our team at Lehigh Hanson. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling maintenance activities to ensure the optimal performance and efficiency of our plant.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate and schedule maintenance activities to ensure timely completion and minimize downtime.
- Develop and maintain maintenance schedules, work orders, and inventory management systems.
- Collaborate with production and other departments to ensure seamless coordination and communication.
- Monitor and evaluate maintenance programs to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Provide leadership and guidance to maintenance staff to ensure effective execution of maintenance activities.
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of parts and materials.
- Assist in the development and implementation of maintenance budgets and capital projects.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in maintenance or production, preferably in a cement plant environment.
- Proven experience in supervising staff and leading teams.
- Strong understanding of preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance principles and techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in SAP and other maintenance management software.
